The effects of sports on humans

Sport means physical and mental abilities as well as a regular and well-balanced life. People should take advantage of doing sport in the best way. Therefore, I think that sport is necessary for all people to keep their body healthy and prevent its distortion. Also, sport affects their mental health in a positive way. Along with these, sports activities in developed countries are more important than those in poor countries. Hence, the young in developed countries grow up healthily. In other words, sports have a number of effects on young people. Primarily, it contributes much to their personal development. Also, it develops the concept of character search, role-taking society and responsibility. Success can only be reached by working. Hence,  learn by doing sports. In conclusion, common purpose, the study, development, success-oriented, respect are based on the peer relations.
